Zoophilia📌 COPYRIGHT & ARTIST RIGHTSThe artist retains full copyright ownership of the artwork at all times. The client receives rights for personal use and posting on social media. Any commercial or monetized use requires an additional fee.
The artist may post the artwork in their portfolio, social media, or Patreon unless the client requests privacy in advance.
The artist may use the artwork for educational purposes on Patreon.
Copyright violations may lead to legal consequences.
The artist offers two types of commercial licenses [Personal/Corporate], and corporate licenses always require additional discussion and agreement directly with the artist.✨ CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIESThe client must clearly credit the artist (Twitter/X: @kikoyochan).[Commercial use with an additional fee is exempt from this requirement.]
The client must provide accurate references and all necessary files for the commission. If references or files need to be changed, the client is responsible for updating them in the original order themselves. (Cancel and reorder or edit the existing order before work begins!)
[Major reference changes are not possible once the creation process has started.]
[Reference updates via VGen chat or X DMs are accepted only for large-scale projects and do not apply to YCH or sketch commissions.]
The client may not claim authorship of the artwork.❗️ PROHIBITED USEDo not remove the watermark.
Do not edit, alter, trace, or use the artwork as a base for copying.
Do not resell the artwork.
Do not distribute for commercial use without payment and prior agreement.
Do not upload the artwork to AI generators or datasets.
Do not create/sell NFTs or use the artwork in crypto-related projects.
Do not use the artwork to promote hatred, discrimination, violence, political, or religious ideologies.📦 COMMERCIAL & DISTRIBUTION RIGHTSCommercial use, printing, and merchandise rights require an additional license fee.
[The license is valid for one year and may be revoked in case of violations of the commercial use rules.]
[This clause applies only to private individuals. Terms for companies or brands will be discussed and agreed upon personally.]
Distribution rights must be purchased before production begins.
If a character is sold or transferred to another owner, the new owner does not automatically receive rights to my artwork unless they purchase them separately.🔄 REVISIONSMistakes made by the artist will be corrected free of charge (sketch stage only).
Major revisions or additional changes require extra payment.
A limited number of free revisions (up to three) is provided during the process.⚠️ CHARGEBACK POLICYFiling a chargeback immediately revokes all client rights to the artwork.
The client will be blacklisted and formally warned.🔒 CONFIDENTIALITYAll private information shared between the artist and client remains confidential.

Please provide a PNG model, references, and a theme/color palette.
Files are delivered only through VGen to prevent fraud and confidentiality breaches.
Please save your files in time; the storage period is 1 month. After this period, files will be deleted and cannot be restored.
Clients receive up to 3 revisions; additional changes are charged separately.
